For 60 days after customer receipt, returns/exchanges are supported as follows:

-      If wrong item was delivered or item is defective, Supplier will bear return/exchange shipping cost

-      For other returns/exchanges, customer will bear return/exchange shipping cost, and Supplier will bear shipping cost for exchange items

-      All items must be unworn, unlaundered, and in their original re-sealable packaging with tags attached to process returns/exchanges

-      The following item types may not be returned: undergarments, socks, insole, discontinued and clearance items
