2) In the first 14 days after order purchase, returns may be requested. Merchant will be responsible for returns shipping, and will receive a refund for the product cost minus a 15% restocking fee. If the product is returned damaged or not in the original packaging, an additional 15% will be subtracted from the refund amount.
